She watched us hike past going outbound and then watched us just as carefully 2 hours later as we hiked back to the trailhead. I had my 70-300mm zoom lens ready on the way home.

The colours on her head are beautiful, very subtle. Maybe next time you're there you'll see her babies. Nice shot.
