WTB: CANON 50D or 50mm f/1.4

I am looking to purchase either a Canon 50D or Canon 50mm f/1.4. Would really love to trade my good condition 28-70 f/2.8L for the 50D, or for the 50mm f/1.4 with cash. Pictures below. Body 9/10, Image quality is 10/10. Known to take sharper photos than the newer 24-70L. Comes with leather and velvet hard Canon case as well. Looking for a very well cared for 50D with low actuations.

I have a NIB (purchased Jan 4rth 2010), box was opened ONLY to take pics of warranty card, never mounted, with receipt 50/1.4. Also comes with LNIB Canon hood ES-71II and B&W UV HAZE MRC 010 filter.

Got myself the 50L at the same time, never used/mounted the 50/1.4.
