First Paid Shoot quetion

I know there are countless threads on this subject, but hopefully this won't be too much of an annoyance. My buddy building a website for a law firm asked me if I was interested in doing a group shot at a law firm, and possible head shots. It's doesn't necessarily have to be super pro/studio style. We're talking about 6-10 people. I will not be using any major lighting equipment other then an external flash. I'm not even sure what to charge or where to start. They are however limited as far as budget goes (hence why I'm being asked..haha). Any suggestions? Thanks,

I have done something like this for a real estate firm in Dallas. They, too were pretty low budget. I just quoted them $100 for thier group shot and 9 individual headshots. I sent them a disk with ten edited images and called it a day.

You say you have an external flash. What do you have in terms of modifiers (umbrellas/softboxes) for softening light?
