Is it normal for Photo agencies to ask to remove your own watermarking so they can put theres. It seems to be normal practice . I've checked with a few . Is it safe? Seems like Prphotos.com are legit.

No. I take photos then just send them into pr photos. Thought it wasnt a good idea to take off your watermark when there publishing them but they put theres on

so you take photos without getting paid, send it in, they publish and put their watermark on it, profit off your work, and just give you a small photo credit below the photo which no one will most likely notice?
*never mind i looked more into it and saw that if your image sells, you get 50%
