Well,
After seeing a little "softness" in a few of my images, I took the advice of many and performed a focus test on my camera to determine if it back or forward focuses.
The results are not too bad, but not what I was expecting. I used the test after working with the famed 70-200 f4L. I was upset to find the images soft after shooting at ISO 100, F4, 1/2500.
My tests show the camer is forward focusing just a bit. I used the test outlined on the Canon DSLR dot Com site. You can read more about it by following this LINK (http://www.canon-dslr.com/Canon_Jan05/Canon_SLR_Focus_Test.htm)
You can see the 2mb version at this LINK (http://www.take5video.com/show/img_5875.jpg)

So what do you think, is this a major problem for me? I'll be taking shots with my Tamron 28-75 and the 70-200 soon.
Your thoghts are welcome!
