Framing a 12x18?

Mat? Frame? I just had something printed by Costco (very good on Lustre paper btw...only $2.99)
What do you suggest as far as framing?

For 12x18's I usually get a 16x24 frame custom made, usually flat black gallery type frame, 2" or so. Single mat, chose the apporpriate color. Runs me about $50.

I should say $50 online. You'll get killed if you go to a custom frame store, probably over $100.

I just printed a 12 by 18 print and had an 18 by 24 matt cut with 12 by 18 opening. Cost me $30 at local custom frame store. Matt was black with leatherette look. Just an FYI.
