I was browsing for info on a lens and I stumbled onto the site linked below and thought it was worth passing along. Don't let the name fool you, alot of digital gear there.

It has a search engine that allows you to select combinations of camera, lens, and film/card and view images that people have taken with that specific gear. There are critiques as well. Might be another way to get an idea how that next lens is going to stack up against the rest.

Yeah, I'm also a member - only upload images now and again, but you can see the link to my images in my sig. (In fact I could not be bothered to scan in my 'analogue' prints, so most of the shots are from a couple of p&s compacts. I now have one iamge from my 300D, and as time goes on, more will join it.
