These are very good shots, composition and all but I really think they belong in the glamour section (That means they're good)

I agree, put these lovely shots in the glamour section and I'm sure more people will appreciate them!.

just curious, what makes them "glamour?" all of my models shoots are like this and I hardly consider them glamour. most model photographers can tell the difference, i'm wondering what people on this board considers glamour.

Excellent shots, no matter where you post them!

She is a lovely model, and I also like the composition. I would consider them more as portraits of a beautiful woman. . . . glamour. . . yes, but a notch above some of the so called glamour I have seen in that forum. . . . just my opinion.

Nice work!

To me this forum is for shots of family/friends/random people pics... The Glamor comes in when you try and take a "model" shot. Yes there is overlap, but it is clear as mud in my mind. Good job with the shots. Good looking subject.

Well-done. Lovely girl.
I'd yank that distracting piece of hardware out of her nose, though.

I certainly wouldn't disagree with that, but these shots would be safe to view in the work place. I don't know about everyone else, but I hesitate to open up files on the "Glamour" forum while on the job.

I do feel pretty safe with this forum, and that's why I was glad to see these shots posted here.

The bottom line is that it probably should be left up to the photographer (ssimons) to decide. I would appreciate the good work either way.

check this link out, http://www.glamourshots.com/ it has kids in it as well. so not all "glamour" shots are "sexy" they are just glamour. if you can't see the difference, might have the wrong hobby.

Glamourshots.com is just a name - looks like normal general studio photography company to me. If I would make a company called "Event Shots" and shoot food closeups that would not make food closeups belong to event photography genre.

And ssimons: those photos look very good!

These are beautiful! Colourful, sharp, and the model looks very relaxed.
May I ask if you were using any type of reflectors or fill?
