Hi, I was wondering if you photoshop pros out there could help me out....took this pic last night and I love it but it's just not clear enough, and I don't like the bright spots on her nose and gums. I'm sorry it's not a canon pic, I don't own a camera and am having to borrow one (a panasonic D-snap - no zoom, :mad: . Please could you help liven up this shot for me?? :)

Here is a quick edit I did.

1) Adjustment Layer - Levels, setting both the black/white points and brought back highlights and mids from the underexposed image.

2) Adjustment Layer - Curves, I masked off the whites of the eyes and brought back some of the whiteness. I then reduced opacity to 90%.

3) Cloned out the hotspot on the nose and above the two front teeth. The other slight hotspots didn't bother me enough to try and fix them.

Thanks 2goldens :) A bit of a lucky shot really, my girl is autistic and DOES NOT pose for me! I think I prefer the colour versions now I've seen some good ones, my one looked kinda crappy :rolleyes:
