To take a picture on film, i don't have a problem. Digital is a different beast. Just trying to imitate a good black and white picture. Give me the good the bad and the ugly.

Thank you

How about the good, the good, and the good instead?

Good print tones, no blown highlights or lost shadow detail, composition is interesting, nice isolation, contrast is perfect, skin tone excellent ... what else is there?

I agree with Jetcode. That is an exceptional commercial images. There are several places off the top of my head I can see that used in a commercial.

Yep its a real clean image. Very nice conversion. Good composition and you held both highlights and kept good shadow detail plus I like the image.

The good-You got to go to the beach! The bad-You live in Fort Wayne  (I live in Warsaw, about 45mins from there) The Ugly- I will be in the fort for school in about four hours  Oh yeah, great shot! I really tried to find something you could improve upon in this image but I can't see anything I would change...

Very nice shot!. Did you take your print and scan it? Isn't that sorta entering the digital world ?
