You can register the serial number of the stolen item at www.photo.net ... maybe it helps.

man that sucks, i brought all my equipment to paris with me : Rebel XT, 3 lenses, and a 420 ex speedlight, i dont know what i would do without it. i bought all my equipment with american express so its all insured even if it does get stolen. but im so sorry about your camera. i wouldnt wish that on my worse enemy, actually i would but you get my point; )

Man that's terrible!! I'd pretty much sit in a corner and cry if that happened to me. That's why I made sure I got all my equiptment insured under my home owners that way if something like that happens it's covered. Hope you get your gear back!!!!! Good luck.
