Recently I purchase a billingham bag but I have some problem when I bring setup along with this bag for vacation I realize that the bag is spoiling my shirts, I guessed that its due to the friction between the bag and the shirt. Does anyone have this problem?

I wonder ... as far as I know, all their bags are available in either canvas or some sort of synthetic (the name escapes me). What is yours made of? I've got countless miles carrying a canvas Hadley (as well as canvas Domke's) and never had a problem like you're seeing.

I have not had that issue. Was it a used bag and the previous owner treated it with something?

Nop its a new one. I think its canvas material. Previously I had the domke F2 it also make the fabric of my shirt turns rough same as the crumpler which I have before the domke. Does the weight of the equiptment also contribute to this?

I've never heard of a problem like that with canvas bags. With synthetic ones yes, but not canvas. I don't imagine weight would be an issue but don't know for sure. I've carried some of my bags pretty full at times, and I've primarily carried canvas. For years.

I have similar problems with my Billi bag - does it have a zip on the back of the bag my one does and I always presumed it was that

I suppose it could also be down to the type of clothing you are wearing - always seem to cause more problems with my lightweight nosquito craghoppers than say a pair of jeans
