I need to get a couple more batteries for my 300D and have read many posts on here from people who have been more than happy with their generic battery purchases on Ebay.

I just did a search on Ebay for BP-511 and got hundreds of results  , so what I'm after is a recommendation from you guys of a reliable UK Ebay seller who sells good batteries. I did a search on here for recommendations but could only find the names of good sellers in the States.

Thanks in advance! :)

Get the grip!! :) I don't know any sellers in the UK, but certainly don't purchase the canon brand BP-511's, it's a rip-off.

Cheers for the recommendations guys, I see Sterlingtek is the way to go! :D

I had seen them recommended in some other posts but hadn't considered them as they are a US company but I see now from their website that they do international shipping at what appears to be a very reasonable rate.

Thanks,

Nick

Mine cost around £7.50 including P&P from HK. Good service and good battery.

I got my grip from Ebuyer for around £75 incl P&P

i ordered some from them on the 15th, and they emailed me saying it'll be 5-10 days to get them. not too bad. nice that they responded so quickly. i have heard sterlingtek are the best so far. try pricegrabber.com, and do a search on the bp-511 battery. scroll down and look under generic. sterlingtek should be down there. it's a little bit cheaper than going to their website for some reason.
