noritsu lab scanner

they scanned my 135mm films but with quality i have not expected.
1545x1024/72dpi/jpeg/around 500k. lab is qss-32.
can it scan with higher setup? is it usual for digital labs like that?

It sounds like they scanned it at low resolution for emai/web use. I would ask them about higher resolution scans, but you might have to go to a more professional place to get them.
