Welcome Keith to POTN and especially to UL&T forum. You have very nice gear to start your new hobby.

I like especially the use of perspective in the 3rd shot.

In the second the placing of the sign in the center of the picture is a bit 'boring'. The good old Rule of Thirds (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rule_of_thirds) could make it more appealing.

First thanks for the warm welcome!

Second: "The rule of thirds" that takes me way way WAY back 4 years ago to high school (haha) art class. thanks for the tip and the reminder that I did learn something at one point in life. I will be over at my parents house tomorrow and I think I will pull my old portfolio out of the closet and freshen up on my "art" lingo.

Thanks
