alright take my comments however you may:
1) Motion Blur- When shooting action sports or sports all together you must realize that you need to have a shutter speed that will allow you to stop motion. In these two photos this was not the case. Bump up your ISO or use a wider aperture in order to achieve this.
2) Focus- In both shots the focus is off or it is very soft. One of the two.
What lens were you using and what were your settings for both of these photos.
3) Horizons- watch them, keep your verticals vertical and your horizontals horizontal.
4) Crop- Crop Tighter.
5) Exposure- both shots seem to be darker than the correct exposure. Bump up your ISO or use a wider aperture in order to achieve this.
6) Action- you did fairly well on this however, both shots seem to lack something spectacular about them to make them stand out.
7) Angles- More your angle to a lower perspective.
8 ) Backgrounds- Make sure you have clean backgrounds that are appropriately separated from the subject. Do not have cluttered backgrounds that distract.
