Nice shots, really like #2, course I'm a sucker for old rusted vehicles.:D

that 2nd shot would do great in the transportation section, wish you lowered the camera though, cut off the tire.

Thanks guys... I'll have to look and see if I have any of the truck complete in the frame. I have a few new ones I shot during a snowstorm.

I liked photo #2 as well. Maybe it can be improved with a little color boost and sharpening. The vignetting on the sides seems to be a bit distracting for me.

Exactly.
In the first image the bright spot at the end of the sidewalk is also a little bit distracting.

Thats because of my cheap hood... :( my fault for buying a knock-off. I need to make time to get to the camera store and pick one up... good time its a 5 minute walk from my house ;)

I need to check if I have any others of that truck. I might have some more...

I think the second would have been an excellent candidate for HDR.
