WTB: Budget vacation camera

I am looking to purchase a camera to take on vacations and the like when the 1D is too much to carry along.

I have around $300 to spend on this so if you have something sitting around you want to get rid of drop me a line.

I prefer a SLR but will consider others, cosmetics don't matter as long as everything functions.

I've got a good condition Rebel XT body in black. Its 3 years old, only has the normal wear on it. I'm looking for $225 for it. It would work just fine w/ all your other lenses. PM me if you are interested.
