free noise reduction plugins?

I saw the thread on picture cooler, but am wondering if anyone knows of any free noise reduction plugin downloads? A plugin would be preferable because then I wouldn't have to go back and forth from photo shop to the noise reduction and back again.... ?

Photoshop CS2 has a new noise reducer.
It isn't free, but Grain Surgery is excellent.

The most well-known are Neat Image (not free), Noise Ninja (not free).

Noiseware Standalone Community Edition from Imagenomic (http://www.imagenomic.com) is free, but it's not a Photoshop plug-in. There's a plug-in version too, but it's not free...
