The United A319 was already there when I pulled up. So no, I didn't witness the actual landing.

#3 was actually shot through a fence; took a while to patch up in PS.

I spend a lot of time at this airport and those are some great shots... security doesn't hassle you?

Security hassles us alright. That's why we rarely go there. We knew about it going in that day.

We were even surprised that no confrontation happened as we took our lunch break. Then right afterwards, our memory cards were confiscated.

Fortunately, the issue was quickly resolved.

What do you think? Anyone with a nice, large camera these days is a terrorist. Didn't you know that!? :rolleyes:

They gave me a talk here at TPA and said to call the aviation authority and let them know some of my info, where I'll be shooting at and what car I'm in. So that way they won't come and hassle me because there isn't anything wrong with doing it, but when the tower or somebody sees us out there, they always assume which is retarded! This talk can go ooooon and on, and always does.
