My Granddaughter Sam,

Some of you'll probably remember some a while back that I had posted of her with the braces. And we even went as far as someone here on the board removing them in Photo-Shop.
So now here she is without them after long time seeing her with them. So just thought I would share with you'll that remember.

Photo of my Granddaughter, after getting her braces removed after 3½ years. She came by today to show me. And I just had to snap a few shots of her. she's looked so different, guess being I have seen her with them for so long. Well just had to share I'm so proud of her TEETH.. ha.

And yeah, I know in photo #3 she had one shoe on and one off LOL.
She was barefoot and the sticks were hurting her feet so she ask for my shoes. I didn't even realize she had kicked one of them off before I shot the picture.

Here's one with her braces.... last year, boy what a change in her.
in one year. She's growing up so fast on me. As you can tell she's my baby girl.

As for the photos, you might want to brighten up #2 and #3 in photoshop a tad.

And to answer the questions...first of all the thing around her neck is some sort of necklace, she wears as you will notice in photo # 3 she has them on her arm and leg also. Thats just something with the young kids around here, that they do.

Why I don't know. And for the age she is only 12 but she does look 15 are older. Ha! and the shoe, it's right up in front of her which I croped out. She had just kicked it off and I didn't even relize till I had done snap the picture.

Nice shots of a very pretty girl. She is a real beauty actually. Looks like the long stint with braces paid off - that's a good thing. And you know something? She's very pretty in the old photo with the braces...

thanks so much for everyone's comments I appreciate it much. Yes she does look so much older than she is. I keep telling my self she's still my little baby. And guess I treat her like one also. And I notice here lately she's like mammal.. :-). When I tess her about boys. I'm like them boys better not be messing with my baby.

Yeah she's really mature in the last few months. She beautiful just like her mom. And her mom had all the boys running after her too and still does. I just know I'm going to have to sit back with a stick and keep them all ran off ha.

I hope she has a good head on her and not mess her life up with someone that will mistreat her. I have talks with her now and let her know what most will want from her and what to watch out for ha. she said she's going to collage, and be somebody maybe a model or a home designer. And move to New York a big city. I told her to go for what she believes in and it will happen.
