OK, so get this: She's french... therefor her whole family spoke French.... He's from Spain, so everyone on his side spoke Spanish.... Talk about culteral overload...but I loved every minute of it! I could listen to her family speak French all day... so beautiful!
Anyways, small intimate wedding....No wedding party and a lot of the formalities were thrown out the window.... which is always fun!
CC and comments are much appreciated! Thanks!

Just beautiful Julie. Nos. 2 and 3 are awesome. If I could do 8 over, I'd have used a wider aperture, but you've captured a great moment regardless. What lens do you use for your ring shots, like 7?

^^ Thanks, Tom :)
I used my 17-55mm 2.8 on the ring shot. That lens always does well on those.... Don't need a macro ;)

I like 3, 4 and 7 the best. Have yet to use my new 17-55 for a ring shot. I'll give it some practice with our rings. Looks like it would work just fine for shots where you don't want the extreme shallow depth of field.

The busy background hurts that last image.

And yes, this place is dead this time of year it looks like.

Thanks, Scott. Yea, the 17-55 takes a little practice with the rings, but once you get it, it provides you with wonderful results :)

whoa how did I miss this one? That ring shot is great. I love how you used the leaf!

This reminds me of a wedding I did a couple years ago. Groom is french. His whole side was french... as in, could not even speak or understand english. Man, did I have to put my french to the test that day.

At least you know a little (which is fantastic... I would love to know some of that language).... the bride's father kept trying to talk to me.... Hahaha, I just nodded and smiled and tried to look busy... He's even emailed me a couple of times, trying to speak in English, and I have to fwd the message to the bride to translate for me, lol. Great family, though...both sides!
