What is the easiest way to reduce the size of a photo.My pics. are too large to load!

If you are looking for a very simple program to do a load of photos you could try Google's Picasa photo software. It is quite good for very basic editing and you can export the photos at 1024 pixels to meet the forum's requirements for size. Then upload them to your own website or a sharing website such as Flickr and then paste the image url in the http://photography-on-the.net/forum/images/editor/insertimage.gif box.
