Willowbank Drag Racing - Mid-Track test run failure

Hey all,

Ive got PLENTY of pics to share from the Willowbank Drags, (but havent resized/exported yet) but here is a small sequence i took (all SOOC) of an English fellow who came over to do a demo/test.

Aparantly the track may've offered varying grip which lead to grief for the motor-driven fuel pump, resulting in the below display at roughly 260MPH.

That is "pommy" steve reed and he didnt just come over to do a test he has been one of the top racers in australia for a very long time.

he was just testing the new car after he crashed the last one before the summer nationals in sydney on the14th feb :)

i know it was just a test but the OP's wording was as if he had come over from england to do one test that's all.
