Took the wife out today and she let me get some goodies :D. Got the 350D battery grip, Manfrotto 680 Monopod & the grip ball head. Love the Battery grip, give a much better feel with the bigma on. Not sure on the Monopod, it was cheap but seems strong enough, guess I need to learn to use it better.
Had a bit of trouble using it. As for the grip ball head, I know some people didn't seem keen on it. I tried it with the bigma on, seems to work ok but was a breeze for me to use, loved it. Don't know if it'll last or not but saves my thumbs :D.
So a great day out, guess I'll spend the weekend trying to get used to the Monopod. Thanks all for your advice & the great forums.
