Using Pekka's LS D60 action, i am now getting a "this cannot be done" error when i try to run the action.

I use YarkPlus to convert to a 16-bit linear tip. I use the Arc2 mode and I check the "frf" box next to this mode.

I was once able to do all my raw files, but now something is terribly wrong. and i can't figure out what it is.

when i first run the action, it asks for a profile and i choose the working profile adobe 98. when everything was working fine, it never asked me to choose the profile.

do you think it's something in Yarplus that i'm doing wrong?

any help will be appreciated.

Gisele,

I'd be more inclined to suspect a problem with Photoshop than YarcPlus. The fact that PS has changed its colour management behaviour (asking for a profile) implies that the configuration has changed. If you did not do this yourself, it is possible that something has been corrupted in PS.

I've never seen the "cannot be done" error, but my inclination would be to re-install PS.

HI Gisele,

I also thought I had this problem. Bu I was not reading the message carefully. It actually said-This cannot be UNDONE-instead of cannot be DONE.

I am not saying that you cannot read- just that I was not reading carefully ;)

You are so right! it does say this cannot be undone. it prompts me after every action with this message. it also brings up all the dialog boxes that i have to click ok on.

i think i may have deleted something within this action?

what i'll do now is copy the action again and run it.

what did you do when you kept getting this message?

To avoid having to click on a prompt after each action, make sure that the litle box beside the tick mark is clear. Then the prompts wont come up.
