A beautiful bird and your framing really sets them off. Your location clue is a bit cryptic! There are Rainbow Bee-eaters in northern Australia and I've seen them eating big, fat flies too!

Beautiful bird and great job capturing it. The perch seems a little odd color, what is it?

Thanks to all for your kind comments!
CDS, yes Singapore.
Perch is a metal railing commonly found along drains in Singapore.

Good action pics, they look a lot like neotropical motmots, a case of convergent evolution, they have the same niche.
