How do you aim your flash heads atop a 12 foot light stand or attached to clamps? I just never seem to get it right.

Basicaly guess the angle you want. Raise it up. Shoot a test shot. Lower it. Adjust angle. Raise it back up.

Thats pretty much what I did the first time I shot at most of the gyms I shoot in. Now I know where I need to put my lights and where to point them so I dont have to do much adjusting unless Im trying something new.
