html in free textual area of photos?

How can I include html there?

It seems to be stripping it out (I am trying to include links, but may also want to include images and formatting)

For those of you searching for the answer:

Miscellaneous settings , Photo text area:

"PHOTO TEXTS:
Activate links no" (defaults to 'yes' and that strips links)

(I hate it when people say nevermind and then don't post the answer)
