First off, does the S2 belong in this forum? (sorry if this thread should be in G-series and powershot pro)
As stated in another thread, I have an A70 with a teleconverter that I'm debating selling, but I tried the converter with the S2 and aside from some slight vingetting, it seems to work not too badly, but I can't get the focus right. Is there a trick I can use to set the focus properly? I'm pretty sure it's hopeless, but I thought best to ask here before I give up and sell it.
I'm still thinking of buying a scope (and a very good tripod) down the road (any experience with using scopes on the S2 would be greatly appreciated), but in the meantime a nice 28.8x optical zoom (the converter is 2.4x) would be loverly!
