Hi,
I'm messing with the color temperature on this image and am not sure where I want to land.. so I thought I'd ask you all....

Which one do you think looks better? They both need more contrast but I'm asking about the color... one seems warmer, one seems more pink...

Which one do you find more appealing?

#2. The WB on #1 looks blue to me.
#2 has a nice "glow" to it.

I've been going back and forth with this for several minutes...

I think either skin tone works, but I prefer #2 a little more. It's the blanket that's throwing me off a bit. It looks too blue in #1 and too pink in #2.

Thanks guys... I think the problem was the light mix... strobe, ambient, and we had a modeling light bouncing into a reflector for extra fill..... a bad thing I guess..

I'll try to run a white neutralizer on the blanket and see what happens... it's really slightly off white.. but not really yellow (or pink or blue.. lol....)

I like the tones in the first one better, the 2nd one looks a little to maxed out in some of the color.

I don't usually have this much trouble getting a natural tone.. Maybe I need to revisit the RAW file again... blah...

THanks Maureen.... ;) I ended up stepping away from this one for a bit and working on some others.... I'll have a look again tomorrow and see where I land.

I'm in the dark but maybe that is good LOL Number 1 is better than 2, 2 the forhead looks a bit overly pink and the blanket looks a bit yellow

I still vote for 1 :D

I'm always drawn to warmer images... for that very reason.. it could be a warm morning or afternoon window.... but.. it's not quite real enough I think.... :( Seems too saturated or something is off.

I'm thinking #3 will set the standard for this particular series. :)
