Need any ideas, getting a bit panicked here. Was at the rugby taking photos when the camera stopped autofocusing. I'd been using it all morning at the kiddies rugby with no probs.
It's sluggish feeling, searches but can't focus. Doesn't matter what mode. I can use MF but for sports that's not the easiest. It's not the lens either, changed them but didn't make a difference. Tried turning it off, then on .....again no difference.
We're in the middle of winter here, have been careful not to get the drebel wet, though the camera bag has got very wet. Incase it's the humidity have taken the memory card/battery out and put it into the hot water cupboard.
Camera is just over a yr old (a week over the yr) hopefully if it has to go to Canon it will be covered by warranty (shop seems to think so)
any ideas.........
thanks
sue
