I've been reading reviews on the Kata bags and for the money, they seem to be a good value. I've narrowed my search to 2 bags. The 3N1-20 and DR-465. I have a T1i, a Tokina 12-24mm, and plan on purchasing the Canon 15-85mm or Tamron 17-50mm, plus the Canon 55-250mm and a 430 EX II flash. Which one would fit my gear better. Also from what I can gather, the DR-465 is ballystic nylon and the 3N1 is cordura. Any comments on the material. Houston Camera Exchange is the only dealer I can find in Houston, and they are an hour away. I think I would rather get a root canal than fight the traffic around the Galleria.....
Thanks in advance for you help.

I have 3N1-20. I have a 50d, 24-105L, two 430ex, 100mm macro, tokina 12-24mm and 55-250mm IS. No issue. I usually keep the hood in reverse when in the bag.
Generally, you want to keep 3N1 bag fully packed as much as possible for a better fit. Otherwise, it will kind of sag a little bit inside and gears will move a little.
The only other problem is access. In the camera compartment, the top section does not have the best access from the front side.
Other than those two things, I like this bag quite a bit more than the Lowepro Slingshot AW200.
