A portable power supply like in the link about (essentially an inverter and a battery) or a portable generator.

I use the Elinchrom Ranger RX AS Kit. It comes with a battery that you plug into while out and about. In all honesty I have not ran into a situation yet that I could not deal with using this lighting. A little spending but you get what you pay for.
