At Sunnyside beach around 5-6

Nice shots! I like #5 the most. I've been meaning to get down there to take a few shots myself. Maybe these photos will provide some much needed motivation!
Try Polson Pier off of Cherry Street as well. From there you can catch the whole skyline nicely. To get an example of the view click on the link I posted and scroll down to photo #4:

You can get good shots from Polson Pier, The Island, Riverdale Park and from Tommy Thompson Park (I wanna try this one out some time soon). I think the spot on the Dufferin bridge has too many objects obscuring the skyline to get a good photo.

I've been down to Tommy Thompson Park. You definately have a nice view from the tip of the peninsula. There is also a ramp that you can climb that leads up to a lighthouse so you can get a different perspective too from above sea level.
