Hello Guys,
I took this photo last week and wanted to see what you guys think.
This photo was taken at home with a Canon 50D + 24-105 f/4L lens + 430 EX II Speedlite + Gary Fong Collapsible Lightsphere.
I used Photoshop to convert it to B&W for a more dramatic film noir look.

I looked.have to go to bed now.but a few things,
You lost her eye whites..
The closeness of her cheek and her nose?
The loss of her chin.
The blackness of her eye.no catchlight?
BUT.I do love your vision.

I think it is a nice shot from the right angle to make it dramatic. But - as Flo already remarked - there is no catchlight (or rather.. it is there but in the wrong place - the corner of the eye) May be with an off camera strobe lighting a little but more from the front.
Also a little noise added in might get the effect you are looking for.

Thanks guys for your feedback.
I still need to get some equipment so I could get my flash off camera. This is something I definitely will need to get in the near future.
I took your advice and did the following in Photoshop. Let me know if you guys think it looks too touched up.
1. Whiten the eyes a little bit
2. Cleaned some of the original eye veins
3. Removed the original catch light that was on the top right hand corner
4. Added my own catch light.
5. Added a little noise
The top photo was the original photo and the photo below is the modified version.
