Hi. I managed to take this shot Friday morning while going fishing. I was hoping for it to come out better than it did, but i was on a boat going about 30 mph, and the only shot i could get was looking foward into the wind.. Any chance this could be salvaged and fixed up? any and all edits would be appreciated as well as any tips i can try myself.. thanks!

Thanks, i wish it was a bit cleaner looking, but it was sort of a spur of the moment shot becuase we were going so fast and the other boat was moving as well
