ok, I have a Canon Rebel XT with a 28-105mm and a 70-200mm. What I want is a compact camera case that has either a hip strap or a sturdy belt loop so that I can carry all of these items together. I don't want to lug around a backpack or my hard case... ie: I'm going to the Deer Classic (like a boat show, gardening show, etc). Lots of people, congested, but I want to take pics of the taxidermy (and the mounts that I am entering in the competition).
We also like to go for walks in the woods and there are times when I want my zoom, so that's why I'd like something that can hold all three items...

I sure would appreciate your suggestions based on your experience! I was looking at the lowepro cirrus 15, but I can't carry my zoom with that.

Thanks so much for your time!

Best bag I've ever owned, besides the Stealth Reporter Series.

The two sliplock pouches on either side are removable if you dont need one, or both of them, depending on the shoot.

In the main compartment, I keep my gripped XTi with 70-200 mounted. In one of the sliplock pouches I keep a 580EXII, and in the other I keep a 17-50 2.8 and a 50 1.4

To give you an idea of the size of the sliplock pouches, you can fit a water bottle in perfectly and zip the top with no extra bulge. This is a perfect place to store your 28-105, with something sitting under it (a wad of packing paper is my suggestion to keep small lenses within reach so you dont have to dig for them).

Again, this is the most versatile beltpack i've ever seen, unless you pay up for a modular system.

PS- if you want to go incognito, this bag slides perfectly inside a medium-sized messenger bag with full access to all of it's compartments. I use a cheap olive canvas bag from military surplus stores. Very discreet and disguised.
