What's the difference between the Manfrotto RC and RC2 quick release systems? They look pretty similar and I haven't found anything on their site or otherwise that distinguishes the two apart.
I already have the RC2 plate on my camera body, and would like to pick up a 234 Swivel Tilt monopod head for my 681B. They sell a version with the RC quick release attached, but I'm not sure it's compatible with the RC2 system.. Are they interchangeable, or do I need to buy the 234 swivel/tilt head and a 323 RC2 system separately?
