Remote Capture - Manual?

I have a S40 and want to use the Remote Capture program via my laptop to take many manual exposures through my telescope, how do i go about this?

I can not figure out how to manually set anything? I want to set it to 15 sec exposure, f/2.8, and ASO 400.

Can't you set all of these on the camera before plugging into your laptop ?

I does not matter what I seem to set before plugging the camera into the laptop. I have no options on the program to set anything, it is totall automatic, and totally annoying! I did DL the Breeze one but you only can get a series of 6 w/o registering.

Sorry about that, I have not tried either the Canon or the Breeze myself.

There's a program called G2 Remote by Chris Breeze. It works very well with the S30 and S40 cameras. Gives you complete control over the camera.
