Voting on pictures.

Ok here is the problem that I am looking for a solution to and I am hoping someone can help.

A friend of mine has challenged me to a friendly/fun (not serious) photo competition in that we each must take a photo each day for 30 days and have one of our friends judge each photo. At the end of the 30 days the winner is the person who has the highest score.

Ive seacrhed facebook in case an easy solution is there to no avail and searched the web for other options. This is far from serious and so do not want to go and set up hosting, download PHP etc to try and get something going.

Does anyone know of any easy way to achieve this?

My only requirements (apart from the fact that its a photo comp) is that it needs to be free and quick to setup and preferably enable us to upload photos anonymous so that the vote is fair.

It seems to me you could go about this several ways. Create a myspace/facebook account in a name you make up and you can both upload to a common gallery. Or you can do the same with a flicker account you both have access to or simply have a common friend upload your photos to an account so there is no indication as to the ownership of the photo.
