Hey its the first sunny day here so ive been out shooting all day. I took about 6 pictures of the sky and in all of them i have noticed a smudge. Please help me with what this is. Thanks.

It's refreshing to see something that's not just dust! ;) Looks to me like it must be a streak on your sensor. Have you by any chance cleaned your sensor, by any means at all - even perhaps just put the corner of some cloth on it to wipe aside a bit of dust? It does look like you'll need to clean the sensor anyway as it doesn't look like something that can be moved with a blower.

its a brand new camera i have no idea how the censor could be dirty, im not sure where the sensor even is! eek :\

Judging by all of the reports in this forum, the sensor seems to be the dirtiest when it is first delivered. There has been a huge amount of discussion on this very topic.

The same thing happened to me when I bought my digital rebel, long story short there was something on the sensor
