sorry if this has already been asked!!!

what program is everybody using to resize add there logo and put a border on there photos before posting..

I have been using Arles and love it...

what is everbody else using?????

Photoshop element 6...got it cheap $29. For my logo I created a brush and saved it and stamp it as needed
