A beautiful summer's day in Wellington and the Wairarapa, New Zealand for the first stage of the Trust House Cycle Classic (Tour of Wellington) a UCI 2.2 category tour.

Cheers... jet-boats, 5 days of bike racing then it's on to sailing next week with the OK dinghy worlds in town!!

Great to see some more Wellington sporting action. I'm hoping to get to the circuit finish on Sunday. Looks like you were close to the action...are you an official photographer?

I've got accreditation but the event is laid back enough that anyone can get in on the action as long as they don't get in the way.
