This may sound funny or stupid, but you can use a nice three ring binder and the kevlar inserts using the thicker card for the backing on the 8x10 to stiffen it up. It's how I carry mine around. It's durable and easy to change images out and move them around. Allows you do do images on the front & back or just one side or the other or even data about each picture.
Some of the more expensive binders have locks to prevent them from opening, an array of colors and even for inserts on the front and back for a name or log page to be inserted for the portfolio.

I suggest printing the 8x10 centred on a sheet of A4 and using standard A4 sleeves in a loose leaf binder. Thats how I deal with them at that size.
I have yet to figure out how to show A3+ prints which at the moment are in an empty A3+ box. I've seen A3 portfolios on sale, but not A3+.

Why not use an 8x10 Portfolio?

I found this from a quick google search, but there are other options.
