My holiday memories

Attached is an image that I just found really nice. It may not be technically the best, but it really speaks to me. I know it is not technically fine - it was with my wife's camera on Auto, ISO was too high, exposure not spot on and not the sharpest, and the post processing consists of Microsoft picture editor on my definately not calibrated screen of my laptop - currently upgrading my home PC to Windows 7 and needs to install Lightroom and Photoshop. Plus was shot in jpg and not RAW (due to availability of my PC and work laptop does not have any RAW enabled software) which I am used to so it limits my post processing.

Any comments on the pic though would be appreciated.

There are a lot of things going on in the image... . making it difficult to establish a focal point. I would begin by cropping it in a way that leads the eye toward your intended main subject. :)
