Beautiful family! Your baby looks so peaceful in #1. I would concentrate on composition and paying attention to where the light is. The b&w conversion could also use a little more pop.

I think I have to agree with Tim... Although I do love the 'feeling' of the second shot.

Tim and Doug - thanks for the feedback. I'll take another try at the B&W conversion again to see if it could get more pop.
