Tom, there are instructions on here somewhere, but what I do is:

Use 'Save for Web"
Resize to a max of 800 pixels on the long size
Adjust the quality to 100Kb max
Save, and attach

Aw man I have to get one when its 8.30 at night and way too dark to shoot a new macro myself. Glad I got a few tanks of fish, made that one much easier.

Open to whoever wants it, I've nothing on hand and won't be able to take anything until the morrow.

Oh, and don't let a lack of macro lens hold you back, it never stopped me. Then again, I've had a fair few guessed after 1 or 2 posts as well, so maybe it isn't a good thing after all. :)

It really helps. Some with slower connections do not do this as it takes forever too load a page then. Cell phones for example. But, for anyone with high speed access it is quite nice.
