I don't see a macro lens in the arsenal listed in your sig. But, I do have to wonder about one of those lenses... What in the heck is a Canon 10-22mm f/3.5 IS? ???

That is my wide angle lens. :-) I have a very large family and I needed something like that to get everyone in the picture. :-)

I think Lonnie is refering to the lens being f/3.5-4.5 and is non IS.

That is my wide angle lens. :-)
But Canon doesn't make such a lens... That's what I was questioning. I too have a Canon 10-22, but mine doesn't have IS... (or a constant f/3.5 aperture)

Good one Dante, I never really got a chance to look at it close since you gave the clue, which sure did help. Without it I did not have the slightest clue (though many will say that is a constant state of mind for me ;)).

I have a Motorola Q and the only email sent to it is work related, I just wait until I get back to my home/office to check, but I do spend a lot of time there. If I forwarded all the message alerts from here my phones inbox would get clogged up real quick.

I used to feel that way too - now I just sit in a corner and gnaw on an old piece of chair leg quietly sobbing until the next SMGG photo comes on. Yes, that's right Bearly - I have now entered phase 5 of SMGGitis!

Maybe something like a 12 hour rule would be a good idea. If there has been no follow on posting within 12 hours of the "Hey, you guessed correctly, over to you" post then it just gets passed to me. I mean it becomes a free for all and anyone can upload a new image.

That is a good guess too, but it isn't an ornament. It is a decorative item, but it doesn't signify any holiday...I don't think.
I find these guesses extremely interesting because they are all so different and I can see how everyone came up with their guesses.
Edit: I am wrong. I had a hunch that I was when I wrote that. geesh. It does signify a specific holiday. However, they aren't generally associated with it for that purpose in this country or in this age.

Not a frame of any sort. Not china or porcelain. Much more delicate than that. Not a napkin ring. It can hold something however, but nothing specific. LOL I know these descriptions only serve to confuse. I don't mean them to be.
