Hello - hello! ? ? Damn it's gone quiet. I've just realised that it's just after noon here in Oz and that means you lot have gone to bed on the other side of the world leaving me all alone with this post. Because the author of the latest puzzle also appears to have gone to the land of nod and isn't giving any clues - I've left you an easy one for when y'all wake up. I'll look in on it now and then. I'm busy outside in the workshop building the superstructure for my new carport. When my 2IC isn't watching I'll slip back in and check it. Sorry if I've jumped in, out of line - couldn't help myself. ;)

ok im new how exactly do i post a photo?

Citizensmith
28th of October 2006 (Sat), 12:35
One of two ways.

Down the bottom of the quick reply part is a button that says Go Advanced. Hit that and then the reply window will offer you some extra controls. One is Manage Attachments. Hit this and it will give you a small window that will let you browse for a file on your computer and upload it to PotN. The file needs to be smaller than 800x800 pixels, and less than 100k in file size.

Or,

If you can get your photos on the web somewhere you can use the image link (the yellow icon with the mountain) to add the image that way. Because you are hosting the image yourself there are no restrictions on image or file size. Aside from a huge image won't display in the forum very well, and a huge file size make the poor souls still on dial up really sad.

On the subject of fish, the woman in the cube across from mine got in to work this morning to discover her beta crusted on to the carpet. There was a nice ocean scene stuck on the back of the tank so we decided the beta probably jumped thinking it was going to make it into the deep blue. It's last words were "Well this sucks".

Strangely she didn't find this as funny as we all thought it was.

OMG, Jim! What have you done to yourself? Or is that what advanced SMGGitis does to people? Cripes!
